David and I had a great conversation about TMJ (when you clench your teeth), snoring / sleep apnea, alzheimer’s, and how all of these relate to your overall health and wellness. I know I learned a lot about all of these areas and it got me thinking about how to improve some of my issues, like TMJ and snoring while I’m sleeping on my back. I always enjoy learning new and valuable information especially when I can use some of it for myself or others I know.
